Topic: Struck by lightning

Has anyone ever been or known someone to be struck by lightning?  I had a family memeber who was struck this weekend at the beach.  She is having some problems and I was just wondering .

She is having problems with feet and legs.  Has me concerned.

I watched a video of a man getting hit with extremly high voltage from a power line as he was attempting to rescue a man high on drugs up on the pole. The Electric Company SUPPOSEDLY turned off the electric to that line. When the man reached for the drugger the line popped and the man fell back. He had his safety belt and whatnot on is why he didn't fall. However he manages to live with mild injuries. So there is hope for your relative Nota.
