Fermented vegetables, usually a mix of Chinese cabbage, hot peppers and onions. You make it like you do sauerkraut.

Finally something that sounds edible.  BO D was trying to kill us with Tripe and the such. ;) ;D

I've had tripe, but it was in menudo, a spicy Mexican soup with so much stuff in it the tripe was rather irrelevant (and tasteless).

That's not gross. I was halfway expecting a dirty joke or something.

Those sound good.

Speaking of Korean, one of my favorite things is fried pork chops with kimchee on the side.

If you want good kimchee, go to Kal-bees in Pembroke, She has several different kinds....my favorites are the onion and the seaweed.

Well, last night for supper I made some homemade Chicken Noodle soup...just the basics..chick. thighs, wide egg noodles, celery, carrots, onions, salt & pepper. It was great. Today for lunch I put some in a bowl, added some canned milk & shredded sharp cheddar cheese & heated it. OMG!!! that was good! ;D

It's gonna be simple tonight...I am wore out. :( ...... breaded pork chops, with gravy, store bought rolls & maybe some corn or green beans from the can.
