Wow, 24 was really good last night. Don't forget, Mondays at 9 PM, on Fox.

I watched "Hairspray" last night!  :lmao: :lmao:

I don't watch "24" - too realistic - too close to home for me.

And speaking of ..., there was an interesting article in the Style section of the Washington Post yesterday: The Magazine Reader, by Peter Carlson:

"Jack Bauer of '24,' The Interrogator's Marquee de Sade?"

If I can get my act together, I'll print it here later today.

I don't watch it because it seems to require that you not miss an episode, or you get lost in the convolutions of the plot. Afraid I'll get into it, miss an episode, and.............

Looks interesting, though.

I have been hooked for four years. We watch and tape at the same time in case the phone rings or someone shows up at the door. CTU has had to face all kinds of terrorists over the years, but this year they have caught some flack. Too realistic I guess.

Don't forget 24 tonight , 9 PM. an atomic warhead on a cruise missile is in the air, with two more on the way. Except for you, D, don't watch, it might be too scary for you. If you do, make certain to put your didies on.

Do you realize that Jack Bauer is the consummate employee. In six years, I have never seen him eat, drink, have to use the toilet, or take a break. If only all government employees were like that.

Well the one chubby dude did have a tear in his eye! He was trying to get someone to get his mom because the bombs were due to go off.  He got upset and started to leave but that broad conned him into taking his seat.
