She ran yesterday, she's not going to race cup anytime soon. She seems average at best. One things for sure, she looks darn good, and will get plenty of PR for the sport.

  I doubt she is in it because she looks good.  But my hubby would agree with you on that one.

I haven't decided yet if I like her personality wise or not.  I'm not crazy about how they are going about marketing her but really hope that she does well.  I think she is holding her own right now on the track,  as good as many of the fellers.  I felt a little sorry for the Wallace girl yesterday who didn't even make 10 laps without a crash.

She was mediocre at best. Timid. If you read some of the comments on nascar.com folks are upset at the media attention she is getting. ESPN used her face and only her face in an advertisment for the Nationwide race Saturday. She got too much camera time when the race started, even when she was running back in the 30s. She will never be a first tier driver in Sprint. Never.

Now, how about Sundays race. I thought it was just fab. I was glad to see Jamie win. When he lined up on the last restart I told my wife he would be the winner. Great race. I had to laugh at Harvicks post race sour grapes. I guess he thought everyone should have lined up behind him and handed him the race. I was also surprised that the drivers who were asked said they hoped the Frances would not repave the track but just repair the bad section. I think this is going to be a good year for racing.

Great showing this week, 31st. She is in the best equipment money can buy. Getting her feet wet? Put her in a tee shirt and throw water on her. I might, might I say, be interested.

I remember when Earnhardt Jr first started I was at the Martinsville race he hit the wall and wrecked so many times it was funny.  Now, he's not breaking any records but he's definitely improved.  Danica I believe will improve too.  So far there is nothing about her personality that I find particularly appealing.  I mean Mark Martin has such integrity,  Harvick has a winning smile, Jimmy Johnson and Jeff Gordon are very well spoken,  The Burton boys have such a down home charm.  Danica hasn't appeared charming so far.  Oh, Tony Stewart is a total a$$hole rectum.

You can't use that as a gauge cause several of the guys behind her don't have the money to run, so they pull off the track after a couple of laps. I'd say she finished ahead of two or three who weren't involved in crashes or had mechanical problems. I'd say no one who finished behind her had anywhere near the funding for their team that she has. I hope she can become competitive.

While we're at it, how about them Terps? Nobody really gave them much chance at the beginning of the season, but now they're 10-3 in the ACC and on the way to the big dance!
