Just asking. I don't know much about NASCAR. Now when it comes to college basketball .....

How bout them eers!

Now you're talkin'!!!! I remember well the glory days of Jerry West.

While we're at it, how about them Terps? Nobody really gave them much chance at the beginning of the season, but now they're 10-3 in the ACC and on the way to the big dance!

It's nice to see some of the other ACC teams step up. I'm not a Hokie fan, but have noticed they are having a good year too.

The ACC is having a very rare down year. For many, many years they have been the strongest top-to-bottom conference in the country. I still think it was a mistake to expand the conference to include VA Tech, Boston College and Miami.

What about that game last night! Double overtime. I am a big time fan of Tech and that was a sit on the edge of your seat, chew your nails game. If only Tech could have done a better job on the Vasquez (?) kid. I think that was his name.

Danica finished 36th. Another fine showing.

She was doing better last night. I don't think the wreck that took her out was her fault at all. As I said earlier, time will tell. Only thing about that is it will be a few months before she's back in the car.

My cousin's husband works on her team, he helps design the cars, I think she'll do just fine.

Danica has some of the best equipment available, speaking car and crew of course, and she hasnt shown she can do right by it. Next race is in June and seat time is important to running with these guys. Then she is going to hop to Cup next year? Hmmm. Her time in open wheel hasnt been all that productive so why folks thinks she will do well in Nascar is puzzling.

They may have hired her for her promotional abilities, magnetic personality and stunnin' good looks and heck in the process she may turn out to be a decent driver.

I hope she turns into a great nascar success.  Personality wise I'd like to see her loosen up a bit but I think that will take time to.  She did show a lot of success, in my opinion, in open wheel.  I just don't think she was thrown into the spot light as much as she is now.  I don't think the way they are promoting her is working for her.  It may work for the male population ok,  but not for her.  For her benefit I would like to see her promoted a little differently but I'm definitely wishing great things for her.  I think it's also important to point out that she's running in the 5 hardest nascar  tracks in the circuit this year and that should be taken into consideration.  Most other rookies start on the easiest tracks.

Believe you me Danica is gettin' promoted just the way she wants to. She is no dummy and knows how to play the game. Can you hear the cash register sing $$$$$
