Topic: Is this fair?

Gray some folks have known seizure disorders and sometimes certain shots can bring them on. 

But you're assuming that is the case with these workers. What are the odds that both suffer from that condition? Also, if that were the case, don't you think they'd be publicizing it? Saying something like "the hospital wants me to take a shot knowing it may cause a seizure."

i was just giving examples.  Unfortunately they did not give a reason.  Personally I wouldn't like someone telling me I had to do something so intrusive with my body.  But I can be a little High strung where that is concerned.

We don't have to. Just like myself, I could refuse the drug test and work somewhere else if I felt strong enough about it.

Don't children "have" to have some shots before starting school?  Did you accept that before your kids went to school?  Why were they required to take the shots?

Actually, I don't think they do, but I could be wrong. Why would anyone not want their children immunized? Mine were, how about yours?

Well I remember when I started school  they required my shot record before I could start school.  Everybody pretty much knows that with kids being so close in one area,  everything going around they are going to pass around to each other.  So getting their shots is a good idea.

On the hospital subject I'm Just saying that if I worked at a hospital I'd want all the protection I could get and I don't think it's unfair of the employer to require hospital employees to have the flu shots to take all precautions from spreading it to patients.
