"From 1999 to 2008, there were 11 deaths and 69 injuries from pool and spa entrapments, including children being caught in drains, the report said."

We had to spend several grand to get a diver to put new drains in our pool this year. Surely if that was required in Podunk, SC, there should be no worries about drains in any public pool in this country.
